An assignment my therapist gave me. We turned 5 negatives into 5 positive statements and she wanted me to make a graphic for them. So here it is.

I am a former university student, unfortunately my mental illness once again stole that from me. I am a lesbian. I am a Christian. I am a Poly-Addict; it allows me to express my thoughts & emotions through art. I suffer from Complex PTSD, Major Depression with Psychotic Features, Panic & Anxiety Disorders, Eating Disorder-NOS, Dissociative Disorder-NOS, OCD, and Borderline Personality Disorder. I have been a self-harmer for over 18 years. Most importantly, I am a SURVIVOR of childhood sexual abuse and adult attacks.
